1. Welding Fume (smoke) Purifier is a moveable filtration system with internally installed filter and counter blowing device. It is the necessary equipment for metal processing to clean the welding fume and dust.

Impulse Counter Blowing Device 

Filtration precision can reach to 99.9%. When the filter is blocked, just use the hose connecting to the pressed air. By the Jet Pulse System, the filter can be cleaned within one minute. At last, take out and clean the dust collector then can be used repeatedly.

With big wheel and handle, it is easy to move and operate.

2. Structure of welding smoke purifier

Portable welding smoke purifier main parts include: universal suction arm, high temperature resistant suction hose, suction hood (with air volume control valve), warfare, flame retardant high efficiency filter resistance, the pulse counter blowing device, pulse electromagnetic valve, pressure differential gauge, clean room, activated carbon fiber, drawer storage hopper, frame retardant, sound-absorbing cotton, with brake casters, blower ,motor, electric control system etc.

The fume arm can be both desk mounted or extractor mounted. Its structure can be two PP joints aluminum arm, or the POM material flexible arm.
